In order to serve our clients better, we have created a new Classroom/Education Center within Fermentations Home Winemaking Center. We have always valued the educational aspects of making wine and beer, so now we have a room dedicated to the learning environment. In the near future, we'll feature wine and beer education events.

Fermentations has Grains!
To serve our all-grain brewing community better, we've expanded and added a full-service grain room, complete with 15 Base Malts, 60 Specialty Malts, and two mills (one Barley Crusher and one Brewery Series Professional mill). Check out our selection - we intend to have the best selection and service in this Region!
Winexpert's 2023 Limited Edition Kits and RJ Spagnols RQ Kits are starting to arrive. If you pre-ordered these, we're contacting you as they are delivered. With the addition of Vineco, we now have 14 Limited, Restricted Quantity and Passport Series wine kits to choose from!

Fermentations expanded into 5767 North Academy Blvd. in 2015. Having twice as much space allows us to do more activities at the same time, with separate areas for Retail Services, Winemaking, Bottling Stations and Break Room for relaxing with friends.
After 36 months, the Colorado Springs Chapter of American Wine Society has grown to 70+ members. Meetings are held on the 1st Tuesday of each month at various locations around town. Visit the AWS website: www.aws-cos.com. Or you can contact Tim or Brenda for more information.
